Acceptable Use Policy

This policy is part of the Terms of Service and applies to everyone who uses the Closure platform.

Unlawful or harmful content

Don't use the Service to store, publish, or transmit content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, or that exploits or endangers minors, or to conduct fraud, phishing, or deceptive practices.

Organization isolation and access controls

Don't attempt to access another Organization's data, bypass authentication or authorization, probe or scan the Service for vulnerabilities without written permission, or interfere with governance controls such as approvals and audit trails.

AI feature abuse

Don't use agents or AI features to generate malware, spam, harassment, or deliberately deceptive content, or to take actions in connected systems that you are not authorized to take.

Messaging abuse

Don't use Workflows, forms, or connectors to send unsolicited bulk messages or to harvest contact information without consent.

Service integrity

Don't overload, disrupt, or degrade the Service, run cryptocurrency miners, resell access without an agreement with us, or use the Service to build a competing product by systematic extraction.

Regulated data

Don't submit protected health information, cardholder data, or similarly regulated data unless your plan and a written agreement with us expressly cover it.

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and may remove content, suspend, or terminate accounts as described in the Terms of Service. Where practicable we will notify you and give you a chance to cure. Report abuse to legal@closurenetwork.com.
